Have you ever tried playing online games on a filing cabinet? They load really, really slow. In fact, I am still waiting. Also, I can’t manage to access my email from my filing cabinet.

    1. Files stored on a computer can be easily edited for mistakes or for future modification. Examples: a customer database, a budget spreadsheet.
    2. A computer stores many more files in much less space.
    3. File organizaiton or re-organization is more easily accomplished on a computer. Changing file location on a computer is a simple drag and drop, instead of physically moving a folder and changing its name.
    4. Backup copies of file are easily made onto a CD or other storage device. This backup copy takes little time to make and takes up little space.
